As the incubator for women's film professionals, WFFIS, in collaboration with the Ockrang Cultural Foundation (noted for its close involvement with progressive Korean cultural activities) provides a new project to provide a stable production system for women documentary filmmakers. These works strive to develop alternative views and sensibilities toward the world and suggest a positive model of women through visual media. A maximum of 10 million won will be awarded to support more than one film project per year and will be screened at the following 10th WFFIS.
