Cancellation

Cancellation cannot be made on the day of screenings. (Ticket-share available: On-line and off-line ticket share centers for voluntary ticket trading are available for ticket-holders who are unable to get cancellations or refunds on the day of the screening.)

For tickets purchased with a credit card or by bank transfer, partial refunds are not available.

Cancellation can be made through the same procedure as advance purchase.(However, if you have already claimed your ticket, you must go to box office in order to cancel your purchase)

If you purchase your ticket on-line, Cancellation can be at the box office until closing hours (21:00 most days) the day before the screening.

You can get a refund at the box office during any day of the festival if the screening is cancelled or rescheduled due to program changes.

Reminders

Those who have purchased tickets on-line can retrieve at the box office. However, if you have already claimed your ticket, you must go the box office in order to your purchase.

We reserve a number of tickets for same-day box office purchase (even when indicated as “sold-out” on-line)

Tickets that are lost or destroyed cannot be replaced, so please take care of your tickets. -These same-day tickets will be available at the box office on the day of the screeeing from 9:30 on.

Limited to 4 tickets per screening

Please claim and change your advance purchase tickets at least 30 minutes before the screening at the designated location.

Admission will be strictly controlled according to the Assigned Ratings.

Children ages 6 and under will not be admitted to the screenings.

Ticket holders under the age 18 will not be admitted to the restricted programs.
